4. Members' rights and how to exercise them

Members and legal representatives may request to view, modify, withdraw consent, or delete personal information that we are processing at any time, and request to delete their account. However, if you withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of personal information or delete your account, part or use of the service may be restricted. When a member requests to correct an error in personal information, we do not use or provide personal information until the error in the personal information is corrected. In addition, if incorrect personal information is provided to a third party, the personal information corrected at the member's request will be notified to the third party without delay, so that the personal information will be corrected. The company handles personal information requested to terminate the service use contract or delete an account at the request of a member or legal representative in accordance with this policy and prevents it from being viewed or used for other purposes.

5. Member's obligations

As a subject of information, members are obligated to protect personal information, and we are not responsible for the leakage of personal information caused by the member's negligence such as transfer, rental, loss of login information, or use while logged in. Members are obliged to keep their personal information up-to-date and prevent problems caused by incorrect information input, and in case of problems caused by incorrect information input, the member is responsible. In addition, in the case of membership registration and use of services by stealing other people's personal information, it is punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
